Instructions

  1. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic into the dressing.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients with the dressing and season to taste. If you like, you can fold in green salad. However, this is only for direct consumption.
  3. For the lunch box to take away to work, leave out the salad.
