Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, sweat it in the heated butter and dust with flour. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel the potatoes, dice finely and add to the roux with the mushrooms.
  2. Add the vegetable stock and simmer until the potatoes are soft. Season to taste with salt, pepper, marjoram and cream.
