Peel the onion and finely chop. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, shape into small balls and fry briefly in a pan. Then add to the sauce and let simmer briefly.
Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the meatballs.
