Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce, drain it and pick it up. Place one plate per serving with it.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into leaves.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the onion cubes until golden. Mix in the mushrooms and cook covered for 5 minutes over a mild heat. Stir in the sour cream, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the cooled cream on the salad portions.
