Instructions

  1. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Fry in hot fat, season with salt and pepper. Add the peeled and finely chopped onion.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices and add them to the pan as well. Simmer over medium heat until the mushrooms are cooked through. Whisk the flour with water, add and let simmer. Season again as needed. Add the coffee cream and parsley.
  3. Prepare the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet, add to the pan with the meat and mushrooms and mix. Sprinkle with parsley and freshly ground pepper and serve.
