Instructions

  1. Finely chop the mushrooms and sauté in hot butter. Let cool down. Turn the potatoes through the Passevite (Flotte Lotte) and mix with the mushrooms, cheese and egg, season.
  2. Shape this mixture into croquettes. Brush with egg yolk and roll in breadcrumbs. Bake in the hot oil all around in the frying pan until golden.
