Instructions

  1. Prepare the liver, dust with flour and fry in the oil for 3 - 4 minutes on each side, then season with salt and pepper. Take out and keep warm.
  2. Drain the mushrooms and whisk the cream with the liquid and cornstarch. Stir into the meat stock, bring to the boil and add the mushrooms. Warm up well, but don`t let it boil.
  3. Mashed potatoes sprinkled with fried onions go well with it.
