Boil potatoes, let cool and cut into slices. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
Fry the minced meat with half of the onions and garlic, season with salt, cayenne pepper and curry, continue to fry until cooked through. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry with the remaining onions and garlic and then sauté for 5 minutes.
Stir the QimiQ until smooth and stir in the milk. Layer the potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms alternately in a baking dish, pour the QimiQ mixture over them and bake at 180 degrees (fan-assisted) for about 20 minutes.
