Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Dice the onion and garlic very finely and cut the spring onions into fine rings.
Sear the minced meat and when it is crumbly, carefully season with salt. Add the mushrooms, continue frying briefly and reduce the heat. Then stir in the onion and garlic cubes and after approx. 3 minutes add the creme fraiche and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes.
Now season with pepper and stir in the spring onions. Let it simmer for about 1 minute with the stove switched off.
Serve on preheated plates with (homemade) bread dumplings. Finally sprinkle with chopped curly parsley.
