  1. Spread the 12 indentations of the muffin tray with butter, preheat the oven to 180 degrees O / U. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the oatmeal. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into leaves and fry them in 1 tablespoon of oil, season with salt and pepper, leave to cool. Mix the eggs with 1/2 teaspoon salt with a whisk, pour in the remaining oil and milk, stir in the mushrooms, flour mixture and basil. Pour the mixture into the muffin molds and bake for about 25 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes, then fall out of the molds.
