Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes and the ham into fine strips.
Now first sweat the onion in the pan, then add the ham strips and finally the mushrooms.
When the mushrooms have lost about half their volume and the water from the mushrooms is in the pan, add the teaspoon of granulated broth and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes.
When it slowly thickens again, the mushroom pan is already ready. Really delicious with fresh white bread.
