Instructions

  1. Clean and halve the chanterelles. Heat the butter, fry the diced bacon until translucent, add the finely chopped onion and roast until golden. Stir in the chanterelles and sauté, the cooking time depending on the size of the chanterelles.
  2. Finally, mix the cream with the flour and use it to bind the resulting juice. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Carefully fold in the grated Emmentaler, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  3. Serve immediately with rice.
