Instructions

  1. 1. Chop the mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, garlic, chilli and celery into small pieces.
  2. 2. Put the sesame oil in a pan, sear the tofu and then add the cut vegetables.
  3. 3. Now add the remaining ingredients and simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
  4. 4. In the meantime, put on the desired side dish.
  5. 5. Finally, add salt, pepper and lime juice to taste and garnish with roasted sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander.
