- 1. Chop the mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, garlic, chilli and celery into small pieces.
- 2. Put the sesame oil in a pan, sear the tofu and then add the cut vegetables.
- 3. Now add the remaining ingredients and simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
- 4. In the meantime, put on the desired side dish.
- 5. Finally, add salt, pepper and lime juice to taste and garnish with roasted sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander.
