Instructions

  1. If possible, clean fresh mushrooms (leave the small ones whole, large quarters) and fry them in hot oil. When nicely braised, deglaze with about a glass of white wine.
  2. Fry the cut onion cubes separately and place in a bowl with the mushrooms. Squeeze the garlic clove and season with the honey (or sugar), salt, pepper and herbs.
  3. Let everything go well and serve with grilled meat or on toasted bread.
