Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and 2 cloves of garlic and sauté in butter. Clean the mushrooms, cut into pieces and sauté them. Deglaze with wine, reduce briefly, then pour in the broth, add cream, simmer over medium heat for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Season to taste and serve with chopped parsley and the garlic bread cubes.

  4. Cut toast bread into cubes (you can also use ready-made bread cubes), toast with the remaining garlic (chopped or pressed) in butter until golden brown.
