Instructions

  1. Clean the fresh mushrooms and cut into fine slices. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings.
  2. Fry the bacon in the butter in a saucepan, add the mushrooms and spring onions. Steam the whole thing for about 10 minutes. Pour water, white wine and cream on top. Season to taste with pepper and paprika powder. Serve hot.
