Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the leek and mushrooms into thin slices. Fry the leek in oil. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Then mix in the bean sprouts and fry briefly. Season with soy sauce and chilli. Eat the cooked brown rice with it.
