Instructions

  1. Place the toast slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with a few spritzes of white wine.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Chop the parsley.
  3. Lightly fry the onions with the bacon and add the mushrooms. The whole thing is now starting to get juicy! Now season everything nice and piquant and add the chopped herbs (parsley or chives). Let everything boil down a little. Top up with the cream! Let simmer gently.
  4. Then you put everything in a cold bowl and stir in the grated cheese.
  5. Now you can distribute the mixture on the toasts and bake a little more in the oven.
  6. I serve with lettuce.
