Clean the mushrooms, wash the peppers, spring onions and herbs and cut into small pieces.
Melt the herb butter in a pan and add the spring onions, mushrooms and pepper pieces. Fry everything for about 10 minutes until the mushrooms are nice and brown. Season with chives, parsley, herb salt and pepper and stir in the honey.
You can also add peas and tomatoes.
Goes well with fish, meat, sausages and potatoes.
It is also delicious if you mix pasta with it and serve it as a vegetarian dish.
