Cut the mushrooms and zucchini into small pieces or slices and fry them together in a pan over high heat until the mushrooms are nice and brown. Be careful not to let the zucchini get too soft. Season with fresh pepper.
Cut the feta into small pieces or simply crumble it directly into the pan, but not too small pieces. Fry a little over medium heat until the feta has softened a bit, but don`t let it melt.
Serve alone as a vegetable feta pan or with a piece of chicken breast and rice.
