Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into fine slices together with the chili peppers. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Cut spring onions into thin rings and fry briefly. Add tomato paste, mix, stir and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the mushrooms and finely chopped chili peppers and fry for another 5 minutes. Deglaze the vegetables with soy sauce. Add the cream. The tomato paste creates a creamy sauce.
  3. Cut the salmon into fine strips and add. Bring everything to the boil again briefly and season with salt and pepper. Remember that the soy sauce and salmon have already given the vegetables some flavor.
  4. If you like, you can give the vegetables an additional flavor note with a pressed clove of garlic.
  5. Serve tagliatelle or wide ribbon noodles as a side dish.
