Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Wash the chilli peppers and cut into rings (if you like it particularly hot, you can also use the kernels of the chillies).
  2. Heat a wok and add the oil. Press in the garlic and sweat together with the chili rings in hot oil for about 15 seconds. Then add the mushrooms and fry for approx. 3 minutes. Reduce the heat and pour in the coconut milk. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Finally, season with salt and lime juice.
  3. Rice goes well with it.
