Instructions
For the mushrooms:
If possible, do not use a cast pan, as the mushrooms will turn black there. Turn the stove to maximum. Pour the oil into the pan and sauté the onion. Then add the mushrooms. Then sprinkle 2 teaspoons of herb butter salt, tzatziki salt and a little turmeric on top. Let everything fry. Salt after 5 minutes and then taste. Season with the herb butter salt and table salt, depending on your taste. Let all the water evaporate.
For the garlic sauce:
Put the low-fat quark and mayonnaise in a bowl, then fill the mayo glass 3/4 full with milk and shake. Then add to the bowl. Then add garlic, dill tips and salt to taste. If necessary, dilute with milk.
