Prepare the hash browns in the oven or deep fryer according to the instructions on the packet. Clean the mushrooms and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size.
Then heat a pan with a little oil and fry the mushrooms lightly brown. Dust with the flour, season with the fresh or dried herbs as well as with salt and pepper and sweat briefly. Now deglaze with the white wine and wait until it has almost boiled over. Pour in the broth, stir in the crème fraîche and simmer the sauce until it becomes creamy.
Serve the rösti with the mushrooms in white wine sauce and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
