Instructions

  1. Wash the champions and cut them in half. Put some olive oil in a pan and fry the champions in it. Lower the heat and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and let stand for about 10 minutes. Finally, mix in fresh parsley and chill.
