Clean the mushrooms and rinse with cold water under running water, pat dry, then drizzle with the lemon juice and marinate briefly in it. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the finely chopped garlic cloves in it until translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly over a moderate heat. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, fold in the washed and finely chopped parsley and serve immediately very hot.
