Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and rinse with cold water under running water, pat dry, then drizzle with the lemon juice and marinate briefly in it. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the finely chopped garlic cloves in it until translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly over a moderate heat. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, fold in the washed and finely chopped parsley and serve immediately very hot.
