Instructions

  1. For the pasta, bring plenty of water with the clear broth to the boil and cook the mussel pasta in it until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, heat the oil in the pan and fry the ham cubes until crispy. If you like, you can give the ham a light peppery note here.
  2. Put the frozen peas in the pan with the ham and sauté for a few minutes so that they become cooked. Drain the pasta, collect a little broth and set aside.
  3. Briefly stir creme fraîche or legere or sour cream into the peas and ham and, if necessary, add a little broth from the pasta to get the desired consistency.
  4. Then add the pasta and stir in well. Season to taste and then enjoy!
