Instructions

  1. First wash and brush the mussels thoroughly. Then make a brew from a pot of water, the white wine, soup greens, the sliced onions, a dollop of butter, salt, bay leaves and peppercorns and cook for 1/4 hour. Finally add the mussels, possibly also add water, the mussels must be completely covered and boil for about 6 minutes. Only the flawless mussels open during cooking, throw away the closed ones. Serve the mussels in a large, preheated terrine
