In a large deep skillet, sauté the onions in olive oil for about 4 minutes.
Add wine. When half of the wine has evaporated, add the cream and the mussels. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover and simmer mussels in white wine and cream for about 5 minutes
Remove the lid and fry for another minute.
Remove from heat and add chopped herbs.
Mussels in white wine with cream are ready. Enjoy your meal!
