Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Steam the onion rings in it until translucent, add the paprika and sauté for approx. 5 minutes. Add the mussels. Spread the ham, sausage and tomatoes on top. Add white wine and tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Cover and cook over a low heat for approx. 10-15 minutes, swirling the pan in between.
  2. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
