Such mustard-breaded pork steaks can be prepared both for the next dinner and for the festive table. Fried meat according to this recipe always turns out to be soft, aromatic, and very tasty.
Cut a piece of meat across the grain into steaks about 2 cm thick. (If desired, beat the meat slightly.) Season with salt on both sides.
Beat egg and mustard in a bowl. Roll the mustard-egg mixture on both sides of the pork. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil well in a skillet. Place the breaded pork steaks in the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. In time, the pork should be fried for about 7 minutes on each side over moderate heat.
Put the finished steaks on a dish, leave for a few minutes, then serve.
