Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with olive oil with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Crumble the hard-boiled egg yolks, add them with the mustard and stir everything together until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and a little sugar.
  4. Pour into a small container with a lid, put it in the refrigerator and store it in a cool place.
  5. This butter tastes very good with boiled or grilled fish or as a spread on, for example, sausage rolls or eggs.
