Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the cucumber. Peel the onion and cut into very fine cubes.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the cucumber and onion in it over low heat.
  3. Add lemon juice, mustard and broth and reduce creamy over medium heat. Stir in the cream and season the sauce with salt.
  4. Goes well with fried fish and also with bratwurst.
