• 0.5 tube ½ mustard, medium hot
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
• 2 teaspoon, heaped sugar
• 30 ml oil
• Honey, amount to taste
• salt
• Pepper, coarse

Instructions

1. Mix lemon juice with sugar, salt and pepper. Add the mustard and stir well too. Then add the oil and stir well again. Now add the honey according to the taste you want.
2. Also ideal as a dip for tacos and the like.
