Now knead the meat, onions, mustard, egg, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs together well. Shape 6 - 8 balls out of this. Roll these in breadcrumbs, press flat and roll again in breadcrumbs.
Cook until crispy and brown in a pan with enough fat.
Tip: Goes well with a fine mustard sauce, boiled potatoes and a fresh salad. You can also eat cold very well.
