Instructions

  1. Cook the rice, I like to use leftover rice and then adjust the ingredients accordingly.
  2. Dice the ham, pickles, onion, eggs and tomatoes and mix with the rice. Carefully add the mayonnaise so that you don`t accidentally take too much, if necessary stretch the pickles with a little juice. Usually you don`t need any additional spices, but anyone can keep this as they want.
  3. Cover the salad and let it steep, it is ideal for preparing the day before.
  4. Before serving, mix in the chopped parsley and use a few stems to garnish.
