Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Mix the milk with the butter or margarine until it has dissolved.
Crumble the yeast into the well, add a dash of milk mixture and stir in sugar with a spoon. Cover the yeast milk with a little flour and let rise for a few minutes.
Then stir in the remaining ingredients until the batter comes off the edge of the bowl. Then let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
Knead the dough again and roll out about 1 cm thick. Cut the dough into small squares and cook in small portions in a saucepan with hot fat.
Sprinkle the pastries with powdered sugar and let them taste good!
