Put some oil in the pot (the less the better). Let the pot get hot and add the minced meat. Fry for a few seconds, stirring constantly, do not fry until the red color is retained almost completely. Then add the 250 ml water and simmer the minced meat. As soon as the minced meat is done and completely gray, the 250 ml roast stock can be added. Let simmer further
Add salt and pepper, some marjoram, nutmeg, approx. 10 strong splashes of Maggi (if you don`t like Maggi, leave it out), approx. 3 tablespoons of ketchup, approx. 4 tablespoons of curry. If you like, you can also sharpen a little. To taste:
- too curry = add ketchup
- too tasteless = add curry and Maggi and / or pepper
