Instructions

  1. Puree the bananas with the help of a mixer or universal chopper, it should be a uniform mass without large lumps (please do not just mash with a fork).
  2. Stir the soft margarine / butter until creamy, add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir vigorously for about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the eggs. Stir in the banana milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon and stir in alternately with the cream.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased, floured (or lined with baking paper) 26 cm springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes. Chopstick sample!
  4. Immediately remove the cake from the mold and let it cool down.
  5. Decorate with powdered sugar, cream or chocolate icing.
