Mix the butter, sugar and eggs in the food processor until foamy, then add the flour and milk and stir until the flour is almost completely mixed in (the dough must then be firm).
Then stir in the fruits and the banana cut into small pieces. The fruit will make the dough more fluid. Pour into a baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
Note: The amount of the dough is intended for a PieCrust pan. If this is not available, a small (!) Loaf pan can also be used. I always use parchment paper in it so that it is really easy to remove.
