Instructions

  1. “My” fresh-grain porridge: every evening, 0.5 teaspoons of every grain that is in the house is coarsely ground. It was just covered with water, sometimes kefir, so the nutrients from the grain / seed multiply up to 10 times. + The grain + oil seed becomes soft.

  3. About three years ago I switched my household to a gluten-free diet. This changed the grain a little. It was now only buckwheat, millet, corn, soy meal, (beans have to be dried first, otherwise like all beans, raw not edible), amaranth + quinoa. Everything else has remained as stated above.
  4. I`ve been using it since around 1982. This porridge contains all vitamins + minerals + vital substances, + some nutrients for the day, I came without major colds + flu over the years, and after a very short time there are some health improvements, including the healing of OP- + open wounds occur very quickly, hair + fingernails get better, the teeth also benefit from it.
  5. The bowel movement regulates itself, oh yes, the cravings + the appetite for sweets (food) disappears.
