Soak the crushed oats, sunflower seeds, raisins and flax seeds overnight.
The next morning, grate the apple and mash the banana with a fork. Mix the apple and banana with the lemon juice. Add the soaked cereal. Season to taste with liquid cream.
Add seasonal fruit, e.g. berries, grapes, peaches or fruit salad.
Additional sweeteners are absolutely not required, the fruit sweetness is sufficient.
Children also love this muesli, it is a tasty, but also a wholesome start to the day.
Tip:
Of course, you can also use additional dried fruit if there is no fresh fruit, but I would also soak this overnight.
