Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Finely chop the marjoram and chives. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  2. Allow the bacon cubes to become translucent. Add the potato slices, salt and roast until light brown. Whisk eggs with milk, marjoram and salt and pour over the potatoes, allow to set.
  3. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
  4. A green salad goes well with it.
