Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the onions into rings and the pickles into slices.
Fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly. Then, layer by layer, add the diced potatoes, sliced cucumber and onions (starting and ending with potatoes). Salt and pepper each layer. Finally add the broth. If you like it a bit more sour, you can add some of the cucumber water to the stew.
