Wash and clean all the strawberries. Halve or quarter 750 g of it depending on the size, place in a bowl and add sugar to taste. Puree 250 g of the strawberries and set aside
For the cream, mix together the semi-hard whipped cream, yoghurt and quark, add sugar again to taste and then mix with the pureed strawberries. Finally, pour the strawberry cream over the prepared strawberries.
It is difficult to specify the amount of sugar exactly because everyone likes it differently, so try out what you like best.
