Wash the rocket and dry it in the spin dryer. Cut the mozzarella and mountain cheese into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes and salami into small slices. Thaw frozen shrimp. Mix everything with the pasta.
For the dressing, mix well the oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, mustard, honey and the finely chopped garlic clove. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and mix very well.
