Peel the onion and cut into very fine cubes. Remove the rind from the parmesan and grate coarsely. Halve the avocado, remove the stone, put the pulp in a bowl and chop with a fork. Add lemon juice, onion, cumin and chilli flakes and mix everything to a cream and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the naan breads in the oven or toaster according to the instructions on the package.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the eggs to the pan, season with pepper and salt and sprinkle 2/3 of the parmesan over the eggs, then fry with the fried eggs covered.
Brush the naan bread with the avocado cream, sprinkle the rest of the parmesan on top and place an egg on each bread. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
