Put the ingredients in the specified order (water, oil, honey, yoghurt, salt, flour and yeast) in the baking tray of the bread maker (BBA). Start the Dough program.
As soon as the dough program is finished, place the dough on a floured work surface and knead for 3 minutes. Then divide into 8 equal pieces. Roll out the pieces of dough with a lightly floured rolling pin to about 1/2 cm thick. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, that`s 4 loaves per tray. Cover with a damp kitchen towel and let rise for approx. 20 minutes.
Preheat the grill to the highest temperature setting. Remove the kitchen towel and grill each bread for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown spots appear on the surface. Then turn the bread over and grill it briefly. Serve immediately.
