Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, mix with egg, milk, oil and water and knead until a smooth and firm dough is formed. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
Shape the dough into 14 balls of the same size. Roll out the dough balls about 5 mm thin on a floured surface and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.
Preheat two trays in the oven to 240 degrees Celsius. Grease the hot trays. Place the flatbread on top in portions and bake for 5-6 minutes each until they have risen golden brown and airy.
Serve while warm, drizzled with some melted butter.
