Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. When the minced meat is done, add the chunky tinned tomatoes. Stir in the drained beans and season with the seasoning mixture. Cook with the lid on for at least 5 minutes. Season again and season again if necessary.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Preheat the oven to approx. 160 degrees with a fan oven. Spread the crème fraîche over the mixture. Spread the grated cheese on top. If you like, stick the nachos into the mixture so that some of them are still visible. Baked for about 15 minutes until the cheese is nicely browned.
